Hi all. Tumi, here, or should I say Naturelle... thought I shld check in and fill y'all in on the ups and downs of the Metros 2007 in PE. Well..the whole wkend was one long party! we stayed at the garden court, where all the performers 'traditionally' stay. It was my first staying there (was at a homely B&B last year) and I saw things I only saw in the Hollywood rap star music tour DVDs..until now. Parties at the hotel lobby, all day and all night partying, groupie love..its all real! No, I had no men throwing themselves at me (jus incase u were wondering), but there was plenty of eye candy to go around..hmm. The preparation for the awards was long (from 11am to 2am the next day long), I guess it was worth it in the end cos the final result was spectacular- lazer show, rotating stage, cant wait to see the TV production. Jozi and Kwela Tebza were among my fav performances, and Siphokazi was an absolute star. We rocked the crowd with a 'my#1, shake it' combo, accompanied by Clinch. Do yourself a favour and catch a show by these hip hop dance boys- cos they are sizzling..literaly (look out for the pics on the site, we also feature them in the shake it video. All in all the wkend was exhausting, exhilirating, and wicked like the renault megane sport!
